Lac Télé

Lac Télé is one of the most well-hidden places on earth. In the heart of the Congolese wilderness, this extremely remote lake is still pristine, spared from any human intervention and destruction. Access is strictly regulated and the site can only be reached after a days-long trek accompanied by guides. Seen from the air, the lake’s black water, murky due to its high mineral content, forms a perfect mirror.
